Q: Where is Coyote Creek Golf Club located?

A: Coyote Creek Golf Club is located in Morgan Hill, California, just minutes from San Jose and the South Bay. Our address is 1 Coyote Creek Golf Drive, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We’re open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset. The Pro Shop, Snack Shack, and Learning Center hours may vary.

Our restaurant, 12 Mile Station is also open for food and drinks. Hours may vary seasonally, so we recommend checking our website or calling ahead.

 

Q: Do you have outdoor dining spaces?

A: Yes. Our restaurant, 12 Mile Station, features both indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy food and drinks on the garden patio with scenic views of the golf course, making it a great spot to relax.

 

Q: How many golf courses do you have?

A: Coyote Creek features two 18-hole golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Valley Course and the Tournament Course. Each course offers unique challenges, scenic views, and excellent playing conditions year-round.

 

Q: Do you have practice facilities?

A: Absolutely. Coyote Creek offers an all grass driving range, large putting green, small putting green, and short game area with bunker play that are open to the public 7 days a week. It’s a great place to warm up before your round or spend time improving your game.

Q: Do you allow walk-ins or is it advance tee times only?

A: Tee times can be reserved in advance online, through the ForeCal Golf App, or by calling the Golf Shop. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred time.

 

Q: What is your dress code?

A: Coyote Creek Golf Club maintains a traditional golf dress code. Collared shirts are required. Denim pants, cut-offs, and gym attire are not permitted. Proper golf shoes or soft-spikes are required.

Q: Do you offer rental clubs or golf scooters?

A: Yes! We provide premium rental clubs. For a unique experience, we also offer Finn Scooters, a fun single-rider option available as an upgrade.

Q: Is Coyote Creek pet-friendly?

A: While pets are not permitted, service animals are always welcome in compliance with ADA guidelines. For safety and maintenance reasons, we kindly ask that non-service pets remain at home.

Q: Can I take professional photos or use drones at Coyote Creek?

A: For the safety and experience of our golfers, professional photography, videography, and drone use are not permitted on the courses without prior approval from management. Guests are welcome to take casual photos during their round, but any commercial shoots or drone flights must be cleared in advance through our team.

Booking Policies

Q: How can I book a tee time at Coyote Creek Golf Club?

A: The fastest way is through the Fore Cal Golf App, where you’ll also find special promotions. Tee times can also be booked on our website or by calling the Golf Shop.

To book a walking round, please call the proshop at (408) 463-1400.

Q: How far in advance can I book a tee time?

A: Public players can book tee times up to 14 days in advance. Coyote Creek Members receive priority booking privileges.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Tee times must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund and avoid a no-show fee.

 

Q: Do you offer rain checks?

A: Yes. If weather interrupts play, our staff will issue rain checks based on the number of holes completed.

 

Q: Do you allow spectators on the course?

A: Spectators may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please call the Golf Shop for details.

Q: Do you allow walkers on the course?

A: Yes. Walking is allowed and encouraged on the Valley Course. For safety and pace-of-play reasons, walking is not permitted on the Tournament Course.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?

A: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Our on-site restaurant, 12 Mile Station, offers a full menu of snacks, meals, and drinks for before, during, and after your round.

The Snack Shack and Beverage Cart are also available on the course.

Q: Do you offer memberships?

Q: Do you have junior, senior, or twilight rates?

A: While we don’t offer senior or standard junior discounts, we do have twilight rates in the late afternoon. Coyote Creek also proudly participates in the Youth on Course program, giving juniors access to affordable rounds. Q: Can I host a golf tournament at Coyote Creek Golf Club?

A: Absolutely. Coyote Creek specializes in hosting corporate, charity, private golf tournaments, and small group outings. Our team handles everything from check-in to scoring so you can focus on your guests.

A: Yes. For large-scale events, Coyote Creek offers a facility-wide buyout, giving you exclusive access to both the Valley Course and the Tournament Course (36-holes). With 288 players total, it’s the perfect option for major corporate outings or charity events looking to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
