Coyote Creek Golf Club Adds Publicly Accessible AED

At Coyote Creek Golf Club, we’re always looking for ways to make our facility a better place for our members, guests, tournament participants, and staff. We’re excited to share that our golf club now has a publicly accessible Automated External Defibrillator (AED), thanks to the generosity of the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation.

The AED is located outside the Snack Shack bathrooms, making it easily accessible from both the Tournament and Valley Courses if it’s ever needed during a medical emergency.

A Meaningful Partnership

This donation is especially meaningful to our team.

For the past several years, Coyote Creek Golf Club has had the privilege of hosting the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation’s annual charity golf tournament. Throughout that time, we’ve had the opportunity to get to know the people behind the Foundation and see the impact they’re making throughout the Bay Area.

Founded in honor of Kyle Taylor, the Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in youth through education, heart screenings, CPR and AED training, and AED donations. Their mission is centered around prevention, awareness, and helping communities be better prepared when every second counts.

Why Having an AED at a Golf Course Matters

While emergencies are uncommon, being prepared is important.

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can help someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest while emergency responders are on their way. Having an AED available on-site adds another layer of preparedness and helps create a safer environment for everyone who visits Coyote Creek Golf Club.

Whether you’re playing a round of golf, attending a tournament, dining at the restaurant, or celebrating an event, we want everyone to feel comfortable knowing this resource is available if it’s ever needed.

Thank You to the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation

We’re thankful to the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation for their continued partnership and for making this possible.

We’re proud to host their annual golf tournament each year, and we’re grateful for everything they do to support our community. This donation will benefit everyone who visits Coyote Creek for years to come.

We hope this AED is never needed, but we’re thankful to have it available. Thank you to the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation for helping make Coyote Creek Golf Club a safer place for everyone.
