Evening Event Package

  • Reception Site: Lakeside Ballroom
  • Maximum Capacity of 200 Guests in Lakeside Ballroom
  • Maximum Capacity of 100 Guests in the Terrace
  • Applicable Facility Fee - Food & Beverage Minimum; must be met for this to apply
  • Food & Beverage Minimum;
    •    - Monday through Thursday;$3,000.
       - Friday;$5,500, Saturday;$8,500, Sunday;$6,500
       - If minimum is not met, Room Rental of $800

    All Packages Include:

    • 4 ½ hours of Room Use(1 hour before and 1 hour after for Vendors)
    • Event Coordinator to assist with Details
    • Indoor and Outdoor Seating
    • Room Set-up and Clean up by Coyote Creek Banquet Staff
    • Banquet Servers to Assist During Event
    • Tables & Chairs
    • China, Stemware, and Flatware
    • Choice of Linen Color for Tablecloths & Napkins
    • Votive Candles and Mirror Centerpieces
    • Complimentary Dance Floor
    • Projection Screen & PA System

    All Prices are Subject to a 20%, Taxable Service Charge and Current Sales Tax. Overtime charges, $300 per ½ hour.

    Lunch Event Package

    • Reception Site: Lakeside Ballroom
    • Maximum Capacity of 200 Guests in Lakeside Ballroom
    • Maximum Capacity of 100 Guests in the Terrace
    • Applicable Facility Fee - Food & Beverage Minimum; must be met for this to apply
    • Food & Beverage Minimum;
      •    - Monday through Thursday;$1,500.
         - If minimum is not met, Room Rental of $400

         - Friday;$3,000, Saturday;$4,500, Sunday;$3,000
         - If minimum is not met, Room Rental of $500
